Pop-up browser windows are not being opened as expected.
Depending on your security settings, Windows XP Service Pack 2 may cause Internet Explorer to block the display of pop-up windows. When this occurs, the following message will appear in the Internet Explorer security bar near the top of your browser window:

Pop-up blocked. View this pop-up or additional options here

Solution: Change your security settings to allow the display of pop-up windows. Follow the steps below to enable your Internet Explorer to display pop-up windows.

    • Click the "Pop-up blocked" message at the top of your browser. You will be presented with the option of temporarily allowing pop-ups, allowing all pop-ups from the current site, or making a number of other adjustments to your browser's pop-up permission settings. Select your new security settings from the menus provided.

    • If you don't see the "Pop-up blocked" message in the Internet Explorer security bar, click Tools on your Internet Explorer menu bar and select Pop-up Blocker. Click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker to allow all pop-up windows to open, or click Pop-up Blocker Settings to make other adjustments to your browser's pop-up permission settings. Choose your new settings from the menus provided.
