     Changing the Westell 2200 modem from PPPoE to bridge mode

    Creating a Linksys wired home network


     The first step is to change your Westell 2200 modem from PPPoE to bridge mode.

    1. Open a Web browser like Internet Explorer or Netscape and enter http://192.168.1.1 in the Address field.

    2. Click Home in the top menu to verify you are on the Home page.
