To get your complimentary copy, please first check that your computer meets the
minimum system requirements
necessary to run MSN Premium. MSN Premium does not support Macintosh.
To upgrade your MSN Internet software or add MSN Premium for the first time, you can download the complimentary software.

Please Note: If you have a firewall on your PC, you may need to turn it off before downloading
the MSN Premium Internet software in order for it to download completely. Once you have completed the
process, you should turn it back on.
